Milei Confirms Participation in Mar del Plata's Derecha Fest

President Javier Milei confirmed that he will travel to Mar del Plata at the end of January to participate in a new edition of the Derecha Fest. This event, with a strong ideological leaning, will take place on January 27 and is organized by his biographer, Nicolás Márquez, alongside the Derecha Diario media outlet. The president's presence in the coastal city is part of a broader political strategy of La Libertad Avanza, which envisions periodic territorial tours to consolidate the movement ahead of the 2027 presidential election. The president's participation was confirmed by Milei himself through his social media, where he briefly announced his arrival on the Atlantic coast to his followers. This Friday, Milei is scheduled to travel to the province of Córdoba to attend the National Festival of Domas and Folklore in Jesús María, one of the country's most traditional cultural events. The lineup for this year will feature the prominent singer Chaqueño Palavecino. Following this activity, the head of state will make a quick trip to Asunción, Paraguay, to participate in the signing of the trade agreement between Mercosur and the European Union. This long-negotiated agreement is considered key by the government in its international insertion strategy. Although the venue and final format of the event have not yet been defined, the organizers have anticipated that it will combine political exhibitions, musical presentations, and a book fair with a liberal and libertarian orientation.
